Magnezit-torkret-masses
Magnezit Torkret-masses is a modern plant. It was put into operation in September 7, 2005. MTM is located in Satka Chelyabinsk region and it is a part of Satka production site of Magnezit Group.
The main direction of activity is manufacturing of basic gunning masses for repair of converter linings, electric steel-making furnaces, steel-teeming ladles; for working lining of tundishes of continuous casting machines.
Production capability: 40-50 thousand tons. Production bases upon the technologies of Intocast AG company, combined with raw materials and specialists of Magnezit plant.
Proximity to sources of raw materials, use of modern technological equipment, high-quality raw materials and flexible industrial policy are the main strategic advantages of the company.
Magnezit Torkret-masses has new foreign production equipment (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy, USA, Germany), a laboratory for physical analysis. High level of production is based on strict quality control at all stages of production: raw materials, its classification, metering and mixing.
Highly qualified specialists are a solid foundation for successful development of the MTM in the future.
