Vladimir Dunaev

Graduated from the Academy of National Economy of the name of Plekhanov (1998).

Since 1996 — Chairman of the Board of directors of the JSC Kombinat Magnezit.

In 1999–2002 — member of the Board of directors of the JSC Kombinat Magnezit.

Mr. Dunayev successfully managed the enterprise during its reconstruction and complicated economic situation in Russia.

Under his guidance the following was done:

• Magnezit combine development strategy was elaborated;
• investment program aimed at technical reequipment of the plant and at manufacturing of new generation products was elaborated and its implementation began;
• financial activity reform was carried out and its outcome was formation of an effective register and control system of the plant resources;
• measures for improvement of ecological situation in the region were taken: the first stage of dust utilization division was commissioned in 2000.

Since 2002 till 2005— Chairman of the Magnezit group Investment committee. Since March 2005 — Chairman of the Board of directors of the Magnezit Group. Mr. Dunayev is the author of a number of initiatives in the refractory industry:

• introduction of certification institution: certification of management system (environmental including), products quality certification, industrial security management (ISO 9001–2000, ISO 9000 series: GOST P 9001:2001, ISO 9001–2000, TUV, ISO 14000:1996, OHSAS 18000:1999);
• policy of social partnership: cooperation with regional and local administrations in realization of social programs (in particular in the town of Satka of Chelyabinsk region).

In 2001 Mr. Dunayev was awarded with a Diploma of the governor of Chelyabinsk region for his personal contribution into development of magnesia products manufacturing, into social economic development of Satka and Satka district and in connection with 100 jubilee of JSC “Kombinat „Magnezit“.

Sergei Odegov

Graduated from Magnitogorsk Mining Metallurgical Institute of the name of Nosov G. I (1993), from Moscow Institute of Industry Economics and Management (2003).

Since 1989 worked as a deputy head of the Sales Dept. of the JSC Kombinat Magnezit.

Since 1994 — head of the companies of Satka commercial and production association.

Since 2001 — Director of the representative office of the company “Dalmond” in Moscow. International development of the company was successfully carried out under his guidance: representative offices were opened in China, Poland, Ukraine. Unique for refractory industry sales system was introduced.It permits not only wholesale deliveries of refractory materials but also provides consumers with after sale guarantee service and complete consulting support on all the stages of the work.

Since 2005 — CEO of Magnezit Group.

Commercial Director of Magnesit Group

Gregory Taratukhin

Gregory Taratukhin has been in position of Commercial Director of Magnezit Group since 2005.

During the period from 1994 to 2004 he carried out management of the representative office of the Group in Ukraine, worked at “Krivorozhstal” KGMK.

He graduated form Dnepropetrovsk Metallurgical Academy. He was born in 1964.

Financial Director of Magnesit Group

Yevgeni Nenashev

Yevgeni Nenashev has been in position of Financial Director of Magnezit Group since 2007.

During the period from 1998 he worked in several positions at “Kombinat “Magnezit” including position of Deputy General Director for finance and economics in which he has been working since 2003.

He graduated from Chelyabisnk Polytechnic Institute and studied also at the Academy of National Economy by the government of Russian Federation, Chelyabinsk State University and Moscow State University.

He is Candidate of Economics. He has MBA degree. He was born in 1965.

Technical Director of Magnesit Group

Lev Akselrod

Lev Akselrod is in position of Technical Director of Magnezit Group. He has been working in the group since 2003.

During the period 1974-2003 he worked at Saint Petersburg Scientific and Research Institute of Refractories.

He is an author of more than 100 patents for inventions and articles, a co-author of the monograph in the field of refractory production technology and application of refractories in thermal vessels.

He graduated from Saint Petersburg Technological Institute. Candidate of Technical Sciences. He was born in 1950.

Director of Legal Department of Magnezit Group

Artyom Tokarev

Artyom Tokarev heads Legal Department of Magnezit Group.

He has been in management positions of business structures of the Group since the year 2000. Since 2004 he was in charge of the legal support of international development of the Group and its corporative structure.

He graduated from Ural State Academy of Law. He was born in 1972.

Natalia Nikiforova

Natalia Nikiforova heads Department of Corporative Development and Strategic Communications of Magnezit Group since 2007. She has been working in the field of public relations and strategic communications since 1995. From 1998 to 2007 she worked at the bank VTB.

She graduated from Moscow State University of the name of M.V. Lomonosov and the courses of improvement of professional skills at the European School of Public Relations.
